Ragnarok Odyssey Ace Gets some DLC Love

The release of Ragnarok Odyssey Ace is right around the corner. To commemorate its upcoming launch, XSEED have revealed that the game will feature with a plethora of DLC, sure to entice longtime JRPG fans. The downloadable content is set to include all sorts of crossover goodness, with Tales of Symphonia, Dead or Alive 5, Akiba’s Trip 2 and Gravity Rush-themed equipment all making an appearance in the final product. While it’s tragic that the Grandia DLC Japan received won’t be making its way to the West, it’s still wonderful to see XSEED securing what they have and subsequently showering us gamers with all sorts of nostalgia.

For the uninitiated, Ragnarok Odyssey Ace is set for an April 1 release on both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. Better still is the fact that the game will support cross-play, cross-save and even some cross-buy features — meaning the aforesaid DLC can be purchased on one system and then used on the other. Unfortunately, the game itself is not a cross-buy title, so if you’re wanting it for both systems, be prepared to drop cash on each version.
