The launch of Fright Fight earlier this week was something OUYA owners were excited about. The Kickstarted Smash Bros.-clone was set for release and then it finally hit…and couldn’t be played by everyone. Some OUYA owners had no problems getting the game to actually recognize their button presses, but many had no luck. I had the same issue, and couldn’t play the game until today’s updated version. Now, you can play offline for some practice, or hop offline for half an hour of free play, along with some IAP reminders that you need to be really careful about. They’re made to seem like a double XP bonus for playing well, but you’ll be charged $3 if you select it and hit a button twice.
