Family Guy fans can rejoice. On April 10 you’ll be able to build Quahog in your image in Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff.
Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff is a Free-to-Play game for iOS and Android devices. A fight between Peter Griffin and Ernie leaves the town of Quahog in ruins. To make up for his mistake, Peter teams up with his family and friends to rebuild Quahog, along with some help from you. You’ll put buildings down, send characters on quests and collect money.
If this sounds familiar to then that’s because it is pretty much the same thing as The Simpsons: Tapped Out. Both are Fox Digital Entertainment properties, but they both have different developers. The Simpsons: Tapped Out was developed by EA and Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff was developed by TinyCo. Tapped Out has earned EA and Fox over $100 million in revenue, so it’s easy to see why Fox would want to create a similar game based on another one of its top franchises.
