Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes Platform Exclusive Content Going Multi-Platform

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes launched on PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 last month.  Both the PlayStation and Xbox platforms had an exclusive mission not available on one another, but that’s all changing.  Hideo Kojima has confirmed that both missions are going multi-platform in May, at least in Japan.

The announcement was made via the Kojima Productions podcast (translated on NeoGaf).  Hideo Kojima confirmed that Deja Vu is heading to Xbox 360 and Jamais Vu is heading to PS4 and PS3.  It’s important to note that Xbox One is not out in Japan yet, hence why it isn’t mentioned.  As of now, this is only for Japan.  No western announcement has been made yet.

Deja Vu has players controlling a recreation of Solid Snake’s model from Metal Gear Solid.  Players can then explore a version of Camp Omega that looks similar to Shadow Moses Island, and encounter characters like Pshyco Mantis.

Jamais Vu features Raiden as a playable character.  The mission involves eliminating body snatchers at Camp Omega.

Both Missions will be free to download.  We’ll let you know when a western announcement is made.
