Golden Week is a Japenese celebration of four national holidays there and Sony is celebrating it with some massive savings. Everyone with a PSN account gets to join in the savings, but the biggest price drops are for Plus users. Armored Core: Verdict Day will be $5, while Atelier Meruru Plus and Ateliier Totori Plus on the Vita will be $20, while Atelier Ayesha on the PS3 will be $25. Chrono Cross and Chrono Trigger will each be $3.50, so if you haven’t played either of those classic JRPGs, that will be the best time to snatch them up. Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc gets a fairly minor discount from $40 to $32, while the Devil May Cry HD Collection will be $9. Vita owners can get Dragon Ball Z: The Battle of Z for $10, while the PS3 version is $15. Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational is $5, while Hyperdimension: Neptunia Victory is $15.
Metal Gear fans are in for some savings as Revengeance is $15, and the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection goes to $9 on the Vita and $12 on the PS3. Muramasa Rebirth is a must-buy on the Vita at $7.50, as is Persona 4 Golden for $15. Rain on the PS3 will be $3.75, while Saint Seya: Brave Soldiers (sadly, not a game about Japanese wrestler Seiya Sanada) will be $15 instead of $60. SoulCalibur V can be yours for $5, so if you’re jonesing for more SoulCalibur action after playing the new free-to-play entry in the series, you’ll want that as well. Tales of Symphonia Chronicles offers up the definitive version of the GC RPG for a mere $10, while Time and Eternity can be yours for slightly less than $10. Ys: Memories of Celceta is $20, while Zone of the Enders: HD Collection will be $10. This is an amazing sale with just about everything being a recommended purchase for fans of a given genre.
