PlayStation Store Update Goes Live – Metrico and The Road Not Taken Free For PS+ Users

This is a massive week for the PlayStation Store. It’s a big pre-order time, as Assassin’s Creed Unity, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, and LittleBigPlanet 3 are now available.  PS4 owners get Killzone Shadow Fall: Intercept, The Swapper, and Road Not Taken. Road Not Taken is a PS+ freebie, while The Swapper is on the PS3 and Vita as well. Metrico is a PS+ freebie on the Vita, while Table Top Racing will set you back $8, and MotoGP 13 costs $30. Other freebies this week include Fez on the PS3, PS4, and Vita, Crysis 3 on the PS3, Proteus on the Vita and PS3, and Dragon’s Crown on both the PS3 and Vita. This is a massive week for PS+, so be sure to download everything that’s available if you don’t already have it.

The week-long discounts are too amazing beyond a ton of RPGs on sale. Chrono Cross and Chrono Trigger on the PS1 are $5 each, while Class of Heroes, Crimson Gem Saga, Crystal Defenders, Final Fantasy Origins, Final Fantasy III, Final Fantasy Tactics, Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions, Final Fantasy V, VI, XVII, and VIII are all $5. Final Fantasy IV Complete is $10, as are the Dissidia Final Fantasy games on the PSP and Vita. Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble will also set you back $5, as will Growlanser, Gungnir, Knights in the Nightmare, Hexyz Force, Yggdra Union, Riveria, Persona 1, 2, and 3 on the PSP and Vita. If you’re feeling like scratching any kind of RPG itch, this week is the time to do it.
