2K and WWE Announce New TCG for Mobile Devices

2K is more famously known to take the WWE brand and turn it into interactive, violent fun. Now, there’s a new genre of wrestling games their tapping in to. Card games are generally reserved for mystical or RPG-styled characters, but WWE SuperCard is introducing a whole new world of pain to your Apple and Android devices.

WWE SuperCard takes traditional TCG elements and just adds a level of good old fashioned barn burner to the mix. You’ll build stacks of WWE Superstars, Divas and Legends and train them to compete in various match types. You can form tag teams, use ladders and play in multiplayer modes. And as with all TCG types, it’s about collecting new cards to use. Wrestling and cards haven’t been this mixed since the APA’s poker games.

Since this is an app, it will receive constant updates whenever new wrestlers make it to the big time. The best part about WWE SuperCard is it’s absolutely free. You can download the game starting August 14 and play anywhere you want. Visit the WWE website for more details and watch a video hosted by Xavier Woods.
