The Infinity Blade Trilogy Reaches Its Conclusion Next Week

Epic Games has confirmed that Chair Entertainment’s highly successful Infinity Blade trilogy will reach its conclusion next week. On September 4, the Kingdom Come DLC will be released for Infinity Blade III, and will be the last update for any of the three games.

Infinity Blade launched in 2010 as a graphical showcase for the iPhone 4 and Unreal Engine. Infinity Blade II launched two years later for the iPhone 4S, and Infinity Blade III was released last year for the iPhone 5S. All three games were extremely successful with the franchise garnering over 50 million players.

The Kingdom Come DLC will be completely free and offered as a game update, which includes a brand new environment, dozens of new weapons, armor, and items, and new enemies. One such enemy will be a new dragon. You can get a glimpse of the new DLC in the Infinity Blade tribute video below.
