Pokémon will try anything to regain its original fans. All those who only think the first 150 are the best, even though they’re not, will love this bit of news. Monopoly: Pokémon Kanto Edition will be arriving on store shelves on September 15. So far the price remains the same as previously reported and will be available at GameStop locations. The box shows off Pokémon Red and Blue mascots and follows more closely with the game than the anime. Spaces on the board have Trainer Red and Blue, not Ash and Gary. The best part is the little game pieces in the shapes of some Kanto’s most iconic Pokémon. Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Eevee and Jigglypuff are all available. Dibs on Jigglypuff!
The Legend of Zelda version has its own special editions and expansions. They all range in prices so it’s best to check it out on the GameStop website. It’s also slated for release on the same date.
