Naughty Dog Releases Last of Us Patch, Free Maps

Last week Naughty Dog announced an upcoming patch that would address the matchmaking issues in Factions mode in The Last of Us Remastered. As a “sorry for any issues you experienced” consolation prize, Naughty Dog also threw in two completely free maps because they were feeling generous. Today over at the PlayStation blog Naughty Dog confirmed the patch would be rolling out over the next 24 hours and people should expect to see it by the next time they boot up their console.

Naughty Dog even put together a trailer showcasing the two new maps. Beach is advertised as being designed for long range experts while Financial Plaza is well suited for both long range and close quarters combat. You can check out each map in action by clicking on the trailer below.
