It’s no secret that Bloodborne is likely the most promising PS4 exclusive of early 2015. Its faster, smoother controls aim to win over those who have traditionally been averse to the Souls series’ lumbering mechanics, while its punishing nature should allow it to capitalize on the popularity of the Souls games. News of the highly-anticipated Bloodborne Closed Alpha Test’s release has begun to trickle out, and those lucky enough to be selected will be able to die sooner than expected.
According to this screen capture of the selection email, the Bloodborne Alpha Test will be available in three three-hour windows, with the first being tomorrow from 7:00PM EST to 10:00PM CET. The Alpha will be open during the same time period on Friday, October 3rd and on Sunday, October 5th, as well. It’s unclear at this time whether or not the Alpha will be exclusively available in Europe and the UK, as these times suggest. From Software fans that work nights should get those doctor’s notes ready.
