Lynx Simulator ‘Shelter 2’ Delayed to 2015

Bad news for gamers who have been rearing to step inside the paws of a lynx, as it was announced today that Shelter 2 has been delayed to Q1 2015. While the survival game is in mid-production, the process has taken more time than anticipated. Developer Might and Delight gave the following explanation:

Shelter 2 is in mid production but the process is taking more time than anticipated. We are experimenting with a type of game that we have never created before, and have been forced to add a couple of months to the schedule. We firmly believe that this will give us a good opportunity to polish the game in all its aspects, as well as adding some new elements. We are of course terribly sorry for the delay and the inconvenience it causes.

A spiritual sequel to Shelter, Shetler 2 is an open world adventure game that portrays the life cycle of a mother lynx, starting as a pregnant animal preparing her den for the coming litter, giving birth and continuing in to a journey of parenthood where nurturing her cubs is paramount for survival.
