Back in April, a game by the name of Spirit was successfully Kickstarted to the tune of $10,692. Then, unexpectedly, things became a little quiet. A few months later the developer revealed a new name for the project: Qora, and it’s finally available for purchase.
Qora is a game for those who appreciate old-school adventures. Utilizing a retro visual and audio aesthetic, the game hopes to present a mysterious narrative, and particularly entranced gamers can play through Qora more than once thanks to its multiple endings. With that said, it doesn’t seem to be your typical “game,” so don’t go into it with any preconceived notions of its respective genre.
As with most modern Steam releases, this one includes achievements and ever-desirable trading cards. You’ll be able to pick up Qora at a discounted price of $7.99 until October 9, 2014. If you want the game and soundtrack it’ll cost a few dollars more at $9.59.
