The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky is one of the greatest JRPGs of the last ten years and now it looks like it could be coming to yet another console. Originally released in 2004 in Japan, the game finally made its way stateside in 2011 as a PSP re-release. It was subsequently ported to PS3 in Japan a year alter and finally made its way to PC out west just a few months ago. Now it’s looking like the game will be re-released on PS Vita.
Falcom has just opened a teaser site for a new “Evolution” project, which has formally ported past Trails game to Vita including the releases of “Ao no Kiseki: Evolution” and “Zero no Kiseki: Evolution.” The teaser site seems to heavily suggest Trails in the Sky as the next game in this project due to its background featuring a sky heavily similar to its art and the fact that text roughly translated states “Evolution, take flight!”
The news comes after Falcom dropped another bombshell yesterday, announcing the release of a new Xanadu game.
