Halo 5 Release Month Possibly Revealed in Latest Trailer

Halo 5 is shaping up to be one of the biggest games to grace home consoles this year. Thus, it’s easy to understand then, why there’s been so much speculation about its release date. It seems this week particularly has been a hotbed of conjecture regarding this very subject. First, it was the month of September somehow getting throw out there as a possibility, and now November has been all but confirmed thanks to a hard-to-spot teaser in a trailer for “The Sprint” — a six-episode video series chronicling the Halo 5 team’s creation of Guardians’ multiplayer beta.

Right at the end of the minute-and-a-half sneak peek, the word “November” flashes on the screen for just about a second before quickly disappearing. Obviously, this is leading folks to believe the holiday season is going to be when the game launches. This would make sense too, considering the holiday shopping craze that occurs around that time of the year. But, of course, no official confirmation has been given yet, and probably won’t for a little while longer now. So until that happens, consider this a rumor; though a strong one, mind you.

Nevertheless, be the judge of things yourself, and check the trailer below.
