Hideo Kojima may be out of a job at Konami after Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain launches in September, but we don’t expect him to remain unemployed for long. We expect job offers to come rolling in extremely fast, and Deck 13 Interactive is the first to make an offer.
Posting on Twitter, the Lords of the Fallen developer made the offer. As Head of Game Design, Hideo Kojima would most likely be designing a Lords of the Fallen sequel. A big departure from Metal Gear Solid’s stealth and action, which would make it a challenge for the veteran game designer.
Dear Mr. @HIDEO_KOJIMA_EN In case you are currently searching, we have an open position as Head of Game Design @ Deck13. Please get in touch

Lords of the Fallen launched last October to good reviews. Though the game had some issues, we found Lords of the Fallen to be a solid game that can be expanded upon in future games. Getting Hideo Kojima to work on the franchise would be a huge boon.
