It was announced during today’s Nintendo Direct that an update will soon be available for Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. that will allow players to fast forward enemy turns, speeding up the experience significantly. Clearly a response to the common complaint from critics and consumers alike, it’s great to see Nintendo actively working to improve the experience for players.
The Japanese company also announced it will be hosting a special Death Match tournament in Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. called Hijinks, inspired by the famous Tom Sawyer, who is himself an agent of S.T.E.A.M. The tournament will run from April 1 through April 5, so if you want to test yourself against the best S.T.E.A.M. tacticians you’d better act fast.
