Dontnod Entertainment Confirms New Update for Life Is Strange

The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of Life Is Strange will receive a new update today, developer Dontnod Entertainment has announced.

Taking to Facebook and Twitter, Dontnod posted an image (see below) revealing what the patch, titled ‘Version 1.02,’ will bring to the episodic interactive title.

The most notable part of the update is that it makes “Necessary changes” to Life Is Strange ahead of Episode 3: Chaos Theory’s release, while bugs found in Episode 1: Chrysalis and Episode 2: Out of Time will be fixed.

While Dontnod was not specific on the actual date that the update will be coming to Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC, the French-based developer confirmed that the patch will be released in a “few days time.”

Life Is Strange, a five-part episodic series, centres on the coming-of-age story of heroine Maxine Caulfield, who returns to her hometown of Arcadia Bay, Oregon, and learns that she possesses the power to rewind time.
