UK Charts: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Nabs Biggest Debut of 2015 So Far

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is the biggest debut in the UK so far this year, beating Battlefield Hardline’s debut by 53%. So, it shouldn’t be surprising to hear that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt also nabbed the top spot on this week’s UK Charts. This is a huge win for independent developer CD Projekt Red and Bandai Namco, who published the game in Europe (Warner Bros. published the game in North America).

Farming Simulator 2015 also made its retail debut last week on PS4 and Xbox One. Focus Home Interactive’s latest addition to the franchise snagged the second place slot. Last week’s number one, Project Cars, slipped down a couple of spots. Overall, it was a week of change with numerous titles shifting up and down the charts.
