Gears of War will be appearing at Microsoft’s E3 press conference on Monday, June 15, according to a tweet from the official Gears of War account.
The Twitter account tweeted an image of the Gears insignia and a rather straightforward caption: “Three. More. Days.”
Last week, Gears of War developer Black Tusk Studios was officially rebranded as a new studio called ‘The Coalition.’ As well as the new Gears-themed name and logo being revealed, The Coalition studio head Rod Fergusson confirmed that Gears of War would be showcased on Xbox Daily: Live on June 15 at 4 p.m. (PST).

With Gears of War being at E3 on two different days, it could possibly mean that The Coalition is preparing to reveal a sneak peek at the latest instalment in the franchise during Microsoft’s media briefing, while also unveiling some form of a remastered Gears collection on Xbox Daily: Live.
The past few months have had several rumours circulating on a so-called ‘Gears of War: Ultimate Edition’ for Xbox One, with footage from a closed beta leaking online and the title receiving a rating from the Brazilian Advisory Rating System.
