E3 2015: AMD Announces Compact Super Computer ‘Project Quantum’

It wouldn’t be a true PC Gaming Conference without a technology reveal, and AMD certainly didn’t disappoint.

The technology manufacturer has revealed a brand new compact super computer titled Project Quantum that boasts an absolutely beautiful form factor and the power of 16 TERAFLOPs. This is certainly going to be the staple of PC gamers who would rather purchase a powerful computer rather than spending the time and effort building one themselves. AMD is boasting that Project Quantum could run any 4K game at sixty frames per second, but this is certainly something we will have to see to believe.

How Project Quantum stacks up to the rest of the field in terms of game performance remains to be seen, but this is certainly an exciting announcement.
