Beyond: Two Souls, which was released in 2013 exclusively for PlayStation 3, starred Hollywood actors Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe, with the story of the title spanning across protagonist Jodie Holmes’ life and exploring the connection she shares with a supernatural entity called Aiden.
Released in 2010 as a PlayStation 3 exclusive, Quantic Dream’s crime thriller Heavy Rain allows players to take control of four characters — Ethan Mars, Scott Shelby, Norman Jayden and Madison Paige — with the overall narrative altering depending on the choices made over the course of the game.
