Lego Batman: Beyond Gotham is now available on the App Store in North America and Europe, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and TT Games have announced today.
Lego Batman: Beyond Gotham, which can be downloaded on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, is based on 2014’s Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, with Warner Bros. and TT Games confirming that the title is retailing at £3.99.
“We’re excited that players can enjoy the latest LEGO Batman adventure on their mobile devices, and just in time for summer vacation,” says Tom Stone, managing director at TT Games. “iOS is the perfect platform for gamers to easily experience fun LEGO adventures in their fast-paced lives.”
Lego Batman: Beyond Gotham’s trailer, which can be viewed below, features the beloved Lego humour from an array of DC villains and superheroes, as well as presenting some footage of the title running on an iPad.
Of course, Lego Batman: Beyond Gotham will be heading to Google Play for Android devices, but neither Warner Bros. nor TT Games revealed any further details at this moment in time.
Hardcore Gamer’s review of Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham found that TT Games’ title “struggles to maintain balance with its cast of characters constantly pushing one another from the spotlight, and suffers from many of the series’ routine issues. On the other hand, it brings to the table an experience DC and Lego fans will not-soon forget: an action-packed adventure, plenty of charm and moments of bona fide hilarity.”
