How to Stream Xbox One Games to Your Windows 10 PC

With the release of Windows 10 comes a bevy of new features, one of which allows users to stream their Xbox One games to their PC via a local network. It’s quite simple to do so and we’re here to give you step-by-step instructions just how to accomplish this.

1. Firstly, you will need to download the Xbox app on Windows 10. When hitting the Windows key (or selecting the Windows icon at the bottom left of the screen), it will be right next to “Power.”

2. Once this is downloaded, make sure your Xbox One console is on, otherwise you won’t be able to identify it in the network, and you have an Xbox One controller connected to your PC.

3. Next, in the Xbox app, sign-in and select the “Connect” icon on the sidebar (second from the bottom).

4. If your system is connected to your home network, it should be displayed as seen below. At this point connect to your console. Alternatively, if you have already connected your system to Windows 10, you will be able to remotely turn it on.
