Activision Releases a Fresh Batch of Call of Duty: Black Ops III Screenshots

Activision and Treyarch have sent over a new batch of screenshots from Call of Duty: Black Ops III. These screens arrive a day before Activision hosts their annual Call of Duty Gamescom press conference.

The screenshots showcase the campaign and the multiplayer. This will be the first Call of Duty campaign since World at War (2008) to feature four-player co-op on PS4, Xbox One and PC, and two-player co-op on PS3 and Xbox 360. It’s likely that we’ll see some co-op action tomorrow during the conference.

The main focus, however, is obviously going to be Black Ops III’s multiplayer. The screenshots come from the Combine, Hunted, Evac, and Stronghold multiplayer maps. Expect to learn more details about Black Ops III’s multiplayer tomorrow.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III is out November 6 on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. A multiplayer beta kicks off August 19 on PS4, and August 26 on Xbox One and PC. You can watch the Call of Duty press conference, which begins at 10am PST on August 5, via Activision’s Twitch channel.
