Competition was fierce back at the National Championships, but combining Pokémaniacs from all over the world is going to be intense. There’s no telling how many Razor Leafs, Fire Punches, Ice Fangs or Aerial Aces will be thrown at the 2015 World Championships.
This year’s tournament will begin August 21 and end August 23. Fans can attend the event located at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center or watch from the comfort of their own homes via Twitch. Each day will be packed with Pokémon video game and trading card game matches from all ages.
Pokémon fans are some of the most tediously strategic players by building their decks and teams to become unstoppable. The 2015 Pokémon World Championships is well-worth the effort since prizes include scholarship money and prizes.
