Sony has confirmed that PlayStation Experience will be held this year, but there will be a few changes. PlayStation Experience will take place December 5 and 6 in San Francisco, California. Numerous first and third-party developers will be at the event to give PlayStation fans hands-on time with biggest games of 2015 and 2016.
Sony has listened to feedback from last year’s event, and have made PlayStation Experience 2015 a little cheaper. Anyone who registers before September 20 will get the two-day pass for $60. After that, two-day passes will cost $75, with one-day passes going for $45 (Saturday) and $40 (Sunday). Tickets are on sale now, and Sony recommends you register with your PlayStation Network ID. From the sounds of things, attendees may get a special virtual gift. For those travelling from out of town, Sony has a select number of discounted hotel rates.
PlayStation Experience 2015 will play host to the culmination of the 2015 Capcom Pro Tour. 32 of the world’s best players will compete for the “Street Fighter World Champion” title. It will take place on Sunday, and a special Capcom VIP Package is available for an additional cost. The VIP Package comes with front area seating at the event, a Capcom goodie bag, and access to the Capcom Cup after party.
No titles have been confirmed yet, but expect to see some heavy-hitters. Check out the PS Blog for more information regarding the event, pricing, and hotels.
