The demo for the upcoming FIFA 16 will be released from September 8 to September 10, publisher Electronic Arts announced on Wednesday.
FIFA 16’s demo will be heading to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, with the demo including new skill games and a preview of three brand-new features in this year’s title: FIFA Ultimate Team Draft, FIFA Trainer and Bundesliga Broadcast Presentation.
EA has confirmed that the demo will feature 10 clubs eligible for selection in FIFA 16’s Kick-Off mode, which includes the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain.
The other teams that EA has handpicked for the demo include Borussia Dortmund, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Manchester City, River Plate and Seattle Sounders.
Female footballers, which are a new addition to the FIFA franchise, will also be playable in the demo, as EA has added two women’s national teams — Germany and the United States — for head-to-head matchups.
When it comes to selecting a stadium for a match, EA has revealed that the demo will have Mönchengladbach’s Borussia-Park, Seattle Sounders’ CenturyLink Field and Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu for players to choose from.
The Santiago Bernabéu’s inclusion in the demo ties in with the partnership that EA and Real Madrid announced last month for EA Sports’ FIFA 16, with the publisher also confirming that demo will automatically load players into an El Clásico match between Madrid and Barcelona.
FIFA 16 will launch in North America on September 22 and September 25 in the UK and Ireland for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
