Razer Announces E-Sports Ready Wild Cat Controller

Razer, one of the leading manufactures of PC peripherals and laptops, has announced a new elite controller. At PAX Prime today, Razer took the stage of their panel and announced an e-sports ready controller that takes the form of the Xbox One’s design and iterates on it, sporting enhanced materials (carbon steel) and advanced ergonomics.

The company looked at the Xbox One’s elite controller and decided on a number of differences. For example, instead of paddles, they will have removable aluminum triggers on the back. It will also come with thumbstick / palm grip caps for absolutely free, along with a 3.5 mm jack for headphones and selection of features on the bottom of the device that will allow for remaping buttons and volume / chat balancing.

It will ship with a portable tournament container sometime in October and will be priced at $149.99.
