The rhythm/music genre used to be so routine. More recently, we’ve seen it brought into tons of other genres. Roguelikes, shoot ’em ups, and more have all gotten the rhythm treatment. Now it’s time for a game about hacking to make you move to the groove.
Hacker’s Beat is all about hacking into mainframes, as all the cool hackers do. This is accomplished by typing on the keyboard in a rhythmic fashion as notes appear onscreen. It’s a bit like Amplitude, if you controlled that game with keyboard instead of controller.
You can give Hacker’s Beat a try on Playism. If you buy now at the discounted price of $8.99 you’ll also be granted a free Steam key once that version launches.
