UK Charts: FIFA 16 holds onto the Top Spot for a Third Week

FIFA 16 continues to outscore its rivals on the UK Charts. Despite sales dropping 59% week-over-week, the sports title was able to fend off a challenge from Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection. FIFA 16 is now halfway to matching its predecessor’s consecutive six week run in 2014. Time will tell if FIFA 16 can match FIFA 15, or even surpass it. Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate and Halo 5: Guardians could make things very difficult for FIFA 16.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection has to settle for second place this week. The remastered collection of all three main Uncharted games is the PS4’s only high profile exclusive game this holiday season after Sony delayed Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End to March 2016. Rock Band 4, which is the first release from the franchise since 2010, made a less than stellar debut. Rock Band 4 only just made the top ten in tenth place. Then there’s Transformers: Devastation, which didn’t even make it into the top 20.
