Telltale Confirms Game of Thrones is getting a Second Season

The Forresters will return for a second season of Game of Thrones: A Telltale Game Series. Telltale Games confirmed the news mere days after the season finale of Season 1, The Ice Dragon.

Telltale CEO Kevin Bruner confirmed that a second season will happen, though would not divulge when exactly we’ll see it. Choices from Season 1 will carry over to the second.

“After this week’s finale, I’m pleased to officially confirm that there will be a second season of Telltale’s Game of Thrones series, and that it’s currently in development,” Bruner told The Hollywood Reporter.

The questions left on the table at the conclusion of season one, who survived and who didn’t, as well as all the other choices you made play a huge role in the second season. We’ve been planning the second season all along, but I really shouldn’t be revealing more than that.

Season 1 of Game of Thrones: A Telltale Game Series wrapped up this week. Going into Season 2, Telltale Games has a lot of work to do. Fixing bugs, technical issues, and coming up with a less muddy art style should be the developer’s top priorities.
