Studio Something Classic wants to reinvigorate the feeling of playing one of your first 16-bit RPGs back in the 90s. Yesterday, Something Classic launched their Kickstarter of indie game, Shadows of Adam. Shadows of Adam takes inspiration from the generation of 16-bit Japanese RPGs such as Final Fantasy VI. With a twenty thousand dollar stretch goal, Something Classic plans to bring this turn based adventure to PC, Mac, and Linux with aims for Steam, mobile, Wii U, Xbox One and PS4 if the campaign exceeds its stretch goal.
A playable demo is also on the Kickstarter for those who want to try it out before supporting.
