Wildstar’s New Game Director Issues State of the Game Address

Wildstar has a new game director and today he addressed the community about how the massively multiplayer sci-fi game will be moving forward. Chad “Pappy” Moore wrote a State of the Game address where he briefly reviews Wildstar’s past year and what players can expect in 2016.

In September of 2015, Wildstar transitioned from a subscription based model to a free-to-play one. The game has received three major updates since last winter; Mystery of Genesis Prime, the Protogames Initiative and INVASION: Nexus.

Chad Moore explains that the best is yet to come with Wildstar’s recently announced Destination Arcterra update. It offers a new max-level zone that includes additions to the story with solo and group content. Destination Arcterra will soon be playable on Wildstar’s public test realm and officially released as soon as possible. He also details a new raid called Redmoon Terror and assures PvP players that their experience will be improved. Before signing out, Chad Moore states that his primary goal as the new Game Director will be continuing dialogue with the community.
