Last month when unboxing March’s Humble Monthly bundle, I noted that it wasn’t as jaw-dropping as their previous offerings. Needless to say, the Humble folks have struck back this month with April’s Humble Monthly bundle, which may be one of their strongest selections yet. As mentioned last time when they were initially revealed, the classic twisted cartoon RPG South Park: The Stick of Truth and brutal war-torn simulator This War of Mine lead the pack, with a pair of acclaimed roguelikes in top-down shooter Nuclear Throne and strategic adventure Renowned Explorers: International Society tight behind, and meta fantasy journey The Magic Circle and time-twisted action-puzzler Nova-111 closing off the main six offerings. Outside of that, though, we also have Avalanche 2: Super Avalanche and Stikbold! A Dodgeball Adventure, the latter having just launched today, and Humble Original Tailwind: Prologue.
For those of you who missed out on this month’s offerings, it’s worth noting that Renowned Explorers: International Society will also be 33% off on Steam for the next week beginning today, ending on April 8, so you can still pick up at least one of these game at a cheaper price. But for those of you looking towards next month’s bundle already, those who begin subscribing to Humble Monthly now or pay early for the next crop of offerings will get to begin playing one of next month’s games, Mad Max, ASAP. And as a bonus, Humble Monthly subscribers now receive 10% off of all Humble Store purchases. So if you haven’t thought about joining up yet, hopefully this all makes for a good incentive.
