Call of Duty: Black Ops III – Awakening Coming to Xbox 360

Microsoft has confirmed that the first Call of Duty: Black Ops III DLC will in fact be coming to Xbox 360.

It was originally thought that no Call of Duty: Black Ops III DLC would be coming to the last-gen consoles. Turns out that this isn’t true, at least for the Xbox 360. Microsoft’s Larry “Major Nelson” Hyrb took to Twitter to confirm that the first DLC map pack, Awakening, will indeed be coming to Xbox 360 on May 5.

Awakening is the first DLC map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops III. As the first map pack, we found it to be a solid start to Black Ops III’s season of content, but was held back due to uninspiring maps and one that was downright broken (but has since been fixed). Sony has not announced whether or not Awakening will launch on PS3.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III – Awakening is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The second DLC map pack, Eclipse, is also available now, but only on PS4 at this time.
