Uncharted 4, which had its development finally come to an end in March, has a 5GB day-one patch that will unlock (and add) additional content to the title.
Late last month, Shuhei Yoshida, president of Sony’s Worldwide Studios, revealed that some individuals had acquired stolen copies of Uncharted 4 in the UK.
The missing copies of Uncharted 4, apparently “stolen while in transit,” are currently the subject of a police investigation, Shuhei Yoshida confirmed on the PlayStation Blog, adding that fans of the series stay wary of spoilers being posted from the title’s story.
Hardcore Gamer’s review for Uncharted 4 is now live, receiving a near-perfect score and being showered in praise for “creating a cinematic marvel that sets the bar for the action genre.”
“The gameplay mechanics are also easily the best the series has seen, with the grapple hook and stealth mechanics creating new and thrilling ways to tackle encounters,” reviewer Adam Beck wrote. “Unless you’re someone who dislikes action games or cinematic experiences, everyone with a PlayStation 4 should own Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.”
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will launch on May 10 exclusively for PS4.
