Camelot Unchained is an MMORPG on the way that’s putting much of it’s gravy in player made buildings and yesterday they stood fully behind that with an update on their news feed.
The team building the game have been intentionally trying to break the engine by reaching max capacity building blocks on one server. They didn’t end up reaching their goal, but it wasn’t for lack of trying! Over 181 million blocks were placed across 8100 buildings total and the engine just scoffed by staying above 36 frames per second. To top off the technical feat all you have to do is compare the 5000 building goal for Beta 1 to what they did today.
There’s also concept art of weapons from Arthurians, Tuatha Dé Danann and some general work in progress pieces. The game is coming along nicely! See for yourself below.
