Blood and Wine is the second and final expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and the final time players will get to play as Geralt of Rivia. After Blood and Wine, CD Projekt Red will move on to other non-Witcher projects, including Cyberpunk 2077.
In Blood and Wine, Geralt visits the land of Toussaint, a remote are untouched by the evils of war. However, the land of wine has its own issues. As Geralt, you will unravel a horrifying secret behind a beast savaging the land. As a witcher, only Geralt can solve the mystery and save Toussaint from this bloodthirsty beast. Blood and Wine introduces a new 30+ hour adventure, a new realm to explore, new characters, and new monsters.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is out May 31 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Players can purchase the game as a standalone download for $19.99, or as part of the $24.99 Expansion Pass. CD Projekt Red will also release a limited box edition that contains physical versions of the Northern Realms and Nilfgaard Gwent decks.
