New Screenshots Released for Vampyr, Also Confirmed for E3 2016

Life Is Strange developer Dontnod Entertainment has released three new images from its upcoming action RPG title, Vampyr.

All of the screenshots, which can be viewed below, feature main protagonist Dr. Jonathan Reid, a World War I military surgeon who has recently been turned into a vampire.

Reid can be seen attending to the sick and wounded in one screenshot, while another image shows him embracing his inner vampirical needs.

Along with the new screenshots, Dontnod confirmed in its press release that Vampyr would be present at this year’s E3.

Dontnod’s new IP was announced last year, with the BAFTA-winning developer having already announced that it’s collaborating with publisher Focus Home Interactive on Vampyr and that the title will be powered using the Unreal Engine 4.

Last year, Vampyr director Philippe Moreau discussed a few new details on the game’s setting, protagonist and also gameplay mechanics.

Dontnod’s already teased the kind of vibe Vampyr will have in its 2015 concept teaser, as well as sharing the first screenshots from title earlier this year.

Vampyr is scheduled for release in 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
