As the popular opinion on the latest DOOM is positive – both here and elsewhere – it seems fitting that more games of its kind are surfacing to sate the reawakened thirst for chaotic, fast-paced first-person shooting action. Good thing then that developer Flying Wild Hog (Shadow Warrior) have made an improved version of 2011’s cyberpunk shooter Hard Reset with improved textures and post-processing effects, labeled Hard Reset Redux. While it isn’t quite the looker it was back in the day, Hard Reset Redux is just that solid 60 frames-per-second first-person shooter chaos to sate those ultra violent needs.
See the launch trailer for Hard Reset Redux below. Hard Reset Redux is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
