CD Projekt Red walked onto the Microsoft Press Conference stage today to unveil the world’s first look at their latest game Gwent: The Witcher Card Game. A staple to the The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt experience, fans have clamored for more ways to play the card game and create their own decks and cards to play with friends.
For the past year CD Projekt Red had been secretly working on Gwent: The Witcher 3 Card Game, which has been a passion project for the developer.
The game will be a Standalone multiplayer experience with Crossplay features that will allow gamers to connect with people from all around the world. The game will also feature a “monumental” single player campaign with redesigned visuals, however, the game will still play similar to what can be found in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Gwent: The Witcher Card Game will be available first on Xbox One and Windows in September.
