Mighty No. 9 is now available on PC and consoles both physically and digitally. Those who opt for the physical version will spend $29.99, while digital buyers will get it for $19.99. The physical edition, however, will come with an art book, as well as a double sided poster and the Ray and Retro Hero DLC packs.
Mighty No. 9 tells the story of Beck, a robot registered as “No. 9” of ten robots built for combat purposes. A virus turns all of the Mighty Numbers against Beck, who somehow evaded the corruption. Hints in both the storytelling and the aesthetic of the characters will tell you that this comes from the creator of Mega Man, Keiji Inafune. Mighty No. 9 has suffered from multiple delays, but it is finally here for both newcomers and its Kickstarter backers.
The game has come out despite multiple hardships, including development problems, a horrifyingly terrible trailer and a few other missteps. Either way, check back soon to read our official Mighty No. 9 review.
