Easily one of 2015’s best and most enjoyable adventure games, MidBoss’ old-school cyberpunk adventure game Read Only Memories is finally coming to the PlayStation 4 and Vita on August 16. This time around, though, it’s going by the moniker of 2064: Read Only Memories, as this is an enhanced port featuring new and revamped puzzles, new animations, an extended story and epilogue, and most notably, a fully voiced cast of characters, as seen in the trailer below.
Fitting for a game with diversity as one of its main themes, 2064: Read Only Memories will boast an eclectic voice cast consisting of such personalities as Dave Fennoy, Jim Sterling, Austin Creed, Zoe Quinn, Clementine herself – Melissa Hutchison – as the ridiculously adorable robot Turing, and in a very special appearance, Jeff Lupetin as the game’s protagonist, having been the star of one of the game’s main inspirations, Snatcher. A further list of cast members can be seen on MidBoss’ blog, with a more in-depth look at each of them. Hopefully this all helps to give 2064: Read Only Memories a good surge in popularity when it comes out later this Summer, because it definitely deserves it.
