The Sharin no Kuni Kickstarter launch wasn’t quite met with outrageous excitement. Sure, a great deal of visual novel fans backed it right out of the gate, but not enough to get the thing funded immediately.
In an effort to change that, Tokyo Otaku Mode have gone ahead and added two new, cheaper reward tiers. First off is the $49 Extra Credit tier which includes both a physical copy of Sharin no Kuni and a Steam key. The $99 Fairy Tale Friends with Benefits tier includes that Fairy Tale Friends special content and a Steam key too.
This is a good move, as people love Steam keys, but we’ll see how much it affects the project. Sharin no Kuni has currently raised $43,000 of its $140,000 goal.
