Nintendo Releasing The Nintendo Classic Mini This November

A few years ago, Sega released a classic version of their Genesis console with 40 built in games. Well it looks like Nintendo is finally joining them with a re-release of their first console: Nintendo Entertainment System. This NES is a mini model of the original with some differences. It will use HDMI cords instead of the old RCA cables and you can connect the Wii Remote controller to the NES classic controller to play Virtual Console games.

The console comes with an AC adapter, a HDMI cable, one controller (You can buy an extra for $9.99) and 30 built-in classic games which includes the likes of the original Super Mario Bros. trilogy, The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, and Final Fantasy.


There will be no online capability with this system and multiple suspend points to save game data making level passwords obsolete. The console will be available for purchase on November 11 for the price of $59.99, certainly a steal. For a full list of the games included check below:
