Leading merchandise manufacturer Gaming Heads has unveiled a new eighteen-inch-tall statue of Elizabeth, the ally of Booker DeWitt in developer Irrational Games’ BioShock Infinite.
The 1/4 scale statue, created by artist Pradhan Sachin, has Elizabeth donning her outfit from the campaign of BioShock Infinite and holding a Sky-Hook weapon.
Gaming Heads believes that the hand-painted statue “expertly captures her likeness in intricate detail from her ponytail down to her missing little finger.”
The standard edition of the Elizabeth statute is limited to 1,000 units worldwide and is priced at $299.99. Gaming Heads’ exclusive Elizabeth statute, on the other hand, is retailing at $339.99 and only 500 pieces in stock.
Pre-orders are officially open for the Elizabeth statue on Gaming Heads’ website, which will be expected to start shipping sometime in Q1 of 2017.
Gaming Heads also has a payment plan in place for those who pre-order the exclusive Elizabeth statute.
Two months before the pre-order ships, a $100.00 payment will be taken, followed by another $100.00 the month after. That leaves the final $139.99 to be paid before the Elizabeth statute is actually delivered.
Following months of speculation and leaks, 2K Games officially announced BioShock: The Collection last month. The Collection includes BioShock, BioShock 2, BioShock Infinite, director’s commentary and additional DLC released for the three titles.
BioShock Infinite received critical praise upon its release in 2013 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
Hardcore Gamer awarded BioShock Infinite a perfect score, saying in our review that Irrational Games “crafted a stunning and creative world populated by lively characters you don’t see in many games today.”
