One of the best JRPGs to ever grace the Xbox 360 is finally backwards compatible with the Xbox One. Announced by Larry Hryb (Major Nelson) earlier today, Lost Odyssey, Toy Story 3 and Guwange are hitting the service later today.

Phil Spencer has said in the past he wanted Lost Odyssey on Xbox One, but the multi-disc format was preventing them from completing this task. Fortunately, they were able to make it work with Mass Effect being the first multi-disc game to hit the service a couple of months ago.
On the downside, Lost Odyssey still isn’t available digitally, so this is only available for those with physical copies of the game. Regardless, this is fantastic as Lost Odyssey is a game well worth playing. All we need now is Tales of Vesperia and the backwards compatibility program will be golden.
