Full Throttle Remastered Trailer Finally Gives Us a First Look At Things

At last year’s PlayStation Experience, it was announced that Full Throttle, the cult classic LucasArts adventure game about a biker named Ben who gets double-crossed and is now out for revenge on the men who wronged his gang, would be following in the footsteps of Grim Fandango and Day of the Tentacle and received a remastered version, courtesy of Double Fine. And with a demo of the new version finally set to be shown off at this year’s PlayStation Experience, it only makes sense that a new trailer for the game finally reaches us, which you can check out below.

An update of the 1995 game that served as Tim Schafer’s first “solo” project, Full Throttle Remastered will feature the opportunity to switch between the old and new graphics, like Double Fine’s previous aforementioned remastered adventures, along with mix-and-match audio, art galleries, and commentary. But really, all that was needed was that guitar lick at the end after Ben punches his way out of a dumpster to have us hooked again. Full Throttle Remastered is due out in 2017, but one question remains…what’s next to get the “Remastered” treatment from Double Fine?
