Just a little over a month after its release, Activision and Infinity Ward are offering an extended free playing period for the latest Call of Duty, with limited access available to all three of the game’s modes.
Starting on December 15 at 10 AM PT, interested gamers can download Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, which, unlike other free trials, will grant access to all of the full game’s modes, with some restrictions. Infinite Warfare’s multiplayer will feature all of the game’s maps and modes, but will limit weapons and abilities to those only available before Level 15. The first two levels of the campaign, “Rising Threat” and “Black Sky”, will also be available to check out, alongside the 1980’s themed zombie mode with a level cap of 3. PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold will be required for access to the multiplayer and zombies modes. The 60 GB trial ends on December 20 at 10 AM PT, but all progress and experienced gained during these five days will carry over if players plan to purchase the full game.
The free period will be available on all three platforms that the full game is currently available on: PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
